The purpose of the fertility scan is to assist with the fertility treatments you are currently receiving. Your sonographer will be examining the shape, size, and condition of your pelvic organs.
This can provide us with information to help determine the probability of ovulation occurring.
We also provide fertility screening and blood testing.

Special emphasis is given to the ovaries with regards to the number and size of ovarian follicles.
This information helps to determine the probability of ovulation occurring.
We measure the thickness of the endometrial lining of the womb
Fertility pelvic scans are best performed transvaginally to obtain the best image quality and accuracy.

What Happens At The Appointment?
You will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists.
You will be asked to fill in our consent form and will be given a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
We will also ask for some extra details about your fertility journey to ensure our sonographer and team are completely informed about the reason for your visit.
You and your family can then just relax before going into the scan room.
Your scan will be conducted by one of our expert sonographers.
After your scan you will receive your report via email.
